Why we built this
If you've ever searched for ML or AI engineering roles, you know the problem: general job boards are flooded with noise. Listings from companies that slap "AI" on a job description, FAANG roles that drown out everything else, and zero signal about which companies are actually doing interesting work.
AI Hiring Hub was built to fix that. We aggregate roles exclusively from high-growth AI-native companies — Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, and others building real frontier AI products. Engineers here aren't looking for a job at Google. They're looking for somewhere their work matters from day one.
We also believe employers deserve a better alternative to LinkedIn and Indeed for reaching this specific audience. A flat $199 post reaches candidates who are already filtered — people who came to this board because they specifically want roles at AI-native companies.

We don't list every company that uses AI. We list companies where AI is the product — frontier labs, AI infrastructure, and high-growth AI-native startups.
Curated + sourced listings
Listings include both paid direct postings from employers and curated public roles sourced from company careers pages. Paid listings receive priority placement and are delivered in candidate alert emails.
No recruiter markup
